About the position
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team at littlecode, as our scope of work and number of projects continues to grow steadily. This role is focused on delivery: planning, coordination, communication, and execution. You will work closely with our development teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality, while removing blockers and keeping everyone accountable for commitments and estimates.
Candidates should have experience managing software projects in Agile environments, along with a solid understanding of SDLC principles. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential. We value pragmatic people who focus on outcomes, take ownership, and solve problems rather than hiding behind the process.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities can include:
- Owning end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Establishing and maintaining communication with project sponsors, client stakeholders, and internal teams to build trust and ensure alignment
- Translating client needs into clear plans and actionable next steps for the team (in cooperation with Tech Leads and other relevant roles)
- Organizing and facilitating essential project routines (planning, daily/weekly syncs, demos, retrospectives when useful) with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Proactively identifying blockers and driving resolutions (including connecting the team with the right people on the client side who can unblock questions)
- Monitoring progress, burn, and delivery forecasts while ensuring transparency through regular status updates and reporting
- Ensuring accountability for estimates and commitments but also raising risks early and driving corrective actions
- Managing change requests and scope adjustments in a controlled, transparent way (impact on time/cost/quality)
- Using project management tools to keep delivery tracking accurate and up to date
- Supporting continuous improvement of delivery practices across teams (pragmatic Agile, not ceremony-driven)
Experience and skills that make you a great fit for this position are…
We are looking for candidates with previous experience managing IT/software development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira is required. You should have a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and know how to apply them pragmatically based on project context.
You will stand out if you have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English proficiency
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/CSM, PMI-ACP), but real delivery experience matters most
In addition to technical knowledge and skills, we highly value
- collegiality and accessibility
- willingness to share knowledge with the rest of the team
- providing help and guidance to colleagues
- motivation for learning and professional development
- ownership, reliability, and direct communication
