Employee-Focused Initiation
With a new environment, new colleagues, and first day jitters, you may be stressed. But don’t worry! We’re here to help. We’ve tailored our onboarding process to make this transition pleasant, fun, and efficient for everyone. -
First-Day Expectations
Once you sign your contract, the onboarding has officially begun. On your first day, you can expect coffee with an HR manager, meeting your buddy, an office tour, Little Code handbook and merch, project orientation, and the first assignment from your project manager. -
Continued Support & Guidance
Your first month is full of check-ups and check-ins with your managers. We aim to create the perfect environment for you to get your questions answered and fully immerse yourself into the Little Code lifestyle.
